this was a long time coming!

i've gone from SkyKidTheBaxter to SkyKidShyKid. to summarise what the whole deal with this was:

i originally made this account back when my username was ProfessorSkyKid. in 2020 i changed it to SkyKidIsAwesome on many other platforms but the NG stayed the same so thats not important.

at the start of 2022 i decided that i just wanted to go by *just* SkyKid, however this came with a few issues with how that name tends to be taken on a lot of sites, including here! for a long time i didnt really know what alternate username i wanted to use whenever it was taken, and back then i either just went with "SkyKidBaxter" or "SkyKidTheBaxter" on sites lol. not the biggest fan of that.

i messaged tom fulp to get my username changed cos i didnt have supporter status.

in 2023 i finally decided on SkyKidShyKid to be my proper alternate username for whenever SkyKid was taken. however i was always way too anxious to message a mod on here to get it changed again so lmao thats why this took me 2 years!!! i bought 1 month of supporter because i have my own credit card now and i wanted to give back to this site i love. this came about because i heard about how newgrounds was gonna be handling age verification in the UK, which is where i live (it sucks here soooo bad right now) and i decided to just get it out of the way so that i dont have to deal with it when it comes around, with the bonus of finallyyy getting my username on here changed.

so TLDR: finally skykidshykid on here :D
